Stephen left his former employer in 2021 to start Rise after spending almost a decade in the pest control industry. Over the years, he developed a passion for the environment + ecology. He wanted full control over what chemicals got applied, where they're applied, and how they're applied. We use methods that we believe deliver effective pest control while mitigating our impact on ecology. Even if it takes more time or cuts into our profit margins. Every day, we take active steps towards ensuring our pollinators are protected at all costs.

Hi! I'm Krissy. I am an NCSU graduate, photographer, recruiter, and beekeeper of 3 years. I am the Co-owner and Social Media Marketing Manager for RPM. You might find me doing a beehive cut out with Stephen, following along taking pictures of work, or you might find me in your crawlspace, removing insulation. I'm so excited to partner with Stephen in this business and my favorite part is meeting new people along the way!
